What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy explains what personal information AvalonX collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. In this policy, “we” and “AvalonX” mean AvalonX Inc, Building 8000, Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, GA, United States, with a UK office at Ridown Building, Fulcrum 2, Solent Way, Whiteley, Hampshire PO15 7FN.
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information that comes with any web request.
When you submit a form — the demo request, contact or free-test forms — we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form that is your name, work email address, company name, location, telephone number, organisation size, the domain you asked us to test, and anything you write in the free-text field.
Automatically, with each submission, we record the date and time, the approximate country your request came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. If you reached us by clicking one of our adverts we also record the advertising click identifier and campaign source, so we can tell which adverts bring genuine enquiries.
We do not use analytics software on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, run a free external test where you have asked for one, and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our services — and, where you ask us to test a domain, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We will not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a demo or contact request, and we do not sell personal information.
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, the storage service attached to the platform that hosts this website. They are readable only by AvalonX staff through a password-protected page.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will delete them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these by emailing hello@avalonx.ai.
If you are in the UK and you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Information you send through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare. Access to submissions is restricted to AvalonX staff and protected by a password.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
