The terms on which you may use this website and request a free external test.

These terms govern your use of the avalonx.ai website. They are not the terms on which we provide security testing services — those are set out in a separate written agreement between AvalonX and the customer. In these terms, “we” and “AvalonX” mean AvalonX Inc, Building 8000, Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, GA, United States, with a UK office at Ridown Building, Fulcrum 2, Solent Way, Whiteley, Hampshire PO15 7FN.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to find out about our services. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

The free external test

Where we offer to run a free external test on a domain, the following applies.

  • You must be the owner of the domain, or be authorised by the owner to have it tested. By requesting a test you confirm that you are.
  • We only test the domain you give us, and we test it from the outside. The test is read-only reconnaissance: we do not alter, install or remove anything on your systems.
  • The test is a limited external review. It is not a penetration test, and it is not a complete assessment of your security.
  • Findings are provided for your information. They do not amount to a warranty that your systems are secure, nor to professional advice you should rely on without your own judgement.
  • We may decline or stop a test at our discretion.

Information on this site

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is”. Descriptions of our products, plans and prices are for information and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between us.

Our content

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and the AvalonX, Artemis and Aether names and logos, belongs to AvalonX or is used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
